solution/antidote to depression

ok so elliott says that just like when we have people come to the door of our house, we have 2 options;

1. To Check who has come and let them inside and "Entertain" them or

2. we can check and not let them in.

we must do the same with we thoughts If it is a -ve thought then acknowledge the warning it comes with do the necessary things to avoid-re circumstances eg wearing a seatbelt and not using your cell phone while driving But don't let It in and entertain it feed it and become paranoid. Because If you do, it leads to depression

and Since your thoughts lead to decisions and actions and results. and feelings. Entertain Bad thoughts to feel Bad

Entertain good Thoughts to feel good and not depressed. 0k Lets say you're depressed. what To do now?

like: what do yon like? me I like girls. Think girls.to get out of Depressive state. Then think practical Seriously dudes. what do you want? this will lead to and should lead to definiteness of goals A forma plan fon goals and work on them.-:)
